WIKI PROJECT- BOOK REVIEW

Hello everyone! This post will be about writing a book review task on a wiki page. I reviewed ‘To Kill a Mockingbird’ by Harper Lee. So I’m going to talk about my experiences while doing this.    I had a hard time doing this task. At first, I couldn’t decide which book I should choose. Because I thought the book I was going to review should be a work that impressed me. After I finished everything about my book review, I wrote it on the wiki page. But after saving the page, I realized that all the pictures I put were deleted. Thankfully a copy of my writing was in the word file. Then I watched a video about it to understand what I was doing wrong. I realized my mistake and fixed it right away. That’s why I suggest you all watch the video before using an unfamiliar application.  Although I have difficulty doing it, I’ll give tasks like this to my students in the future.  I think the best part of this task is to get information about the book reviews of your friends....

VOX POP PODCAST

Hello everyone! This post will be about the podcast that our lecturer gave us as a task. I chose the vox pop option. That's why I'm going to talk about my experiences while doing this.   I made the subject of my vox pop about the COVID-19, which has been on our agenda for a long time. Fortunately, I solved all these difficulties by recording vox pop with my relatives. We actually deleted the recording 2 or 3 times and made it again. The reason for this was that we laughed during the recording. It was the first time we were speaking English together! Thus if you hear laughing behind you while listening, just ignore it😊. We had a lot of fun and laughed while recording. It was ve...

21ST CENTURY LEARNING

created on wordart  Hello everyone! This post will be about what 21st-century learning is and what I remembered in the lesson.    I would like to start with what 21st-century learning is. ‘Twenty-first-century learning is the accumulation of knowledge, work habits, and soft skills, including digital literacy, critical thinking, and problem-solving, that will help students lead successful careers in the modern workplace.’  I  think 21st-century language learning is more important and more effective than traditional learning. Because there is no teacher-centered education in this form of learning. The aim here is that the students should solve the problem and learn how to learn by themselves. The teacher only guides. In this way, the knowledge gained by the student becomes permanent. In addition, it also provides students with many skills. For instance: Leadership, flexibility, and productivity. But the most important of these are the 4C’s. Critical thin...
